Happy Birthday Sarah! It seems hard to believe, but our little girl celebrated her 2nd birthday a few weeks ago. It's truly amazing how quickly the past two years have gone, but it's been so much fun to watch her grow & learn. She is talking in complete sentences, singing songs, sleeping in a big girl bed, and telling us constantly "I can do it." She certainly is an independent one. It sometimes feels like she's 2 going on 22. :-)For Sarah's birthday we decided to go with a Little Einsteins theme party. We were able to get most of the party decorations online, but much to our amazement, we could not find a "Rocket" shaped cake pan anywhere. After some discussion and looking at a few of the toys Sarah has, we felt we could make the cake ourselves. At times I thought we were crazy to tackle this, but in the end I think we were both really happy with how our "Rocket" cake turned out. It was a joint effort from both Steve & myself, but it was certainly worth it in the end.

This is really cool and makes me feel a little closer to everyone. Aaron and I are just starting to look for options like this to allow everyone to view what is going on in Charlotte. We will have to give you a call because you certainly look like EXPERTS.
